RESERVATIONS & CONDITIONS – Laura Kail Photography
Reservations – Photo shoots
SOLO photo shoots must be booked directly via the website.
Payment is made online when placing the order.
The available slots for each city are communicated privately, after exchange by email or via social media (Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok).
It is not possible to choose a date directly on the website.
However, when placing your order, you can indicate your preferred time slot in the comments section, after discussing it privately with us.
We need to communicate with you before making any reservations to ensure that the shoot meets your expectations and is available.
Shootings are exclusively one-on-one with Laura Kail Photography. No accompanying persons are allowed, regardless of who they are (spouse, friend, family member, child, etc.), whether in Alsace or during shoots elsewhere.
EXCEPTION: when the person being photographed is a minor, the presence of a parent or legal guardian is mandatory.
Any other person wishing to be present must book their own shoot.
DUO photo shoots
DUO photo shoots are only available upon request.
Payment for DUO photo shoots can be made by bank transfer or via a secure payment link, which will be sent privately after the quote has been approved.
Cancellation
Any cancellation by the client, regardless of the reason (personal, medical, professional, or other), will NOT be refunded.
By paying for their reservation, the client acknowledges that they have read and fully accept this condition. Any cancellation on their part is non-refundable.
A postponement may be accepted only in Alsace, depending on my availability.
The postponement must be made within one year of the online booking date.
Postponements to other cities or destinations are not possible, in order to preserve the organization, travel arrangements, and slots already planned.
Beauty services (optional)
Beauty services (makeup and hairstyling) are available as an optional extra to the photo shoot.
They are NOT MANDATORY.
You can come with your own makeup and hairstyle on the day of the shoot.
For those who wish, professional beauty services can be provided by Ekaterina (@ekaterinasmkpro), a makeup artist with whom I collaborate regularly, depending on her availability.
Makeup and hair styling is an additional service, not included in the price of the photo shoot, and must be paid directly to Ekaterina on the day of the shoot.
The photo shoot is always carried out by Laura Kail Photography.
If Ekaterina is unavailable, I will provide the makeup and hair styling myself so that the shoot can go ahead as planned.

Gift Certificates – How they work
Laura Kail Photography gift certificates are sent in the form of a gift code by email.
This is not a physical card, but an electronic code corresponding to the amount paid.
The recipient of the gift certificate must use this code directly on the website when placing a new order for the photo shoot of their choice.
Validity of the gift code
The gift code is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
The code must be used (order placed) within this 6-month period.
Once the order has been placed within 6 months, the photo shoot can be carried out up to one year later, depending on dates and availability.
The validity period applies to the use of the code, not the date of the photo shoot.
After the 6-month period, the gift code automatically expires and can no longer be used.
No refunds or extensions will be granted.
Geographical areas
Shootings can be carried out:
in mainland France
in overseas territories (DOM-TOM)
in Europe, subject to conditions
internationally / outside Europe, subject to conditions
